This Vallejo Jazz Society concert will spotlight Calvin Keys, an extraordinary guitarist who came to prominence performing and recording with the likes of Jimmy Smith, Ahmad Jamal, Ray Charles, Oscar Brown Jr. and dozens of other legendary jazz and blues performers.

Keys will be joined by a trio of the area’s finest jazz players, including saxophonist Art Maxwell—a local giant who has worked with Art Blakey, Joe Henderson, Mongo Santamaria and many more jazz luminaries.
